Step 1 "Requirements"

• Be on The Stock RUU.No Other Roms Are Supported.
• Ensure that your phone's battery is fully charged.
• External SD Card (2GB to 16GB) in your device.
• The orignal HTC USB Cable For Your Phone.
• You Must Be Directly Connected to USB Port 2.0 port On Your Computer.

Step 2 "Control Bear"

• Verify you are on stock RUU.  
• Verify that your phone's BootLoader Is Unlock.[To Check That Your Phone's bootloader is locked or unlocked.Uncheck fastboot And Power Off Your Phone then press Volume Down + Power Button And See in the upward it will show (locked or Unlocked)].
• Turn On USB Debugging In Your Device.
• Verify "Fastboot" is turned Off.
• Connect Your Device To Your PC And Set To Charge Only.
• Download the correct version of the tool for your HBOOT and OS:

HTC Sensation (pyramid)

      Then

• Untar All Files From The Download Into A New Folder.
  
  • cd into the folder where you extracted and run the following cmd:
  • Note: This cmd returns a blank new line if you have done it correctly.
  • chmod 755 ControlBear adb fastboot
  • Run ControlBear from terminal - sudo ./ControlBear
  • Follow the on-screen instructions from ControlBear.
  • Do not press any of the buttons on the phone during the process. 
  Step 3 "Wire Trick"

1. Obtain an insulated wire of appropriate length and gauge. Suitable wires are: a SINGLE core (strand) from an ethernet cable or a core from a coaxial cable.
2. Pick our your device from the link below and click on it. This will open a new window with the image for the PIN and GND points needed for completing the wire trick.

 3. When instructed to do so by the program you must perform the "wire trick" as follows:

• Hold one end of the wire into the hole where PIN is indicated in the picture below, ensuring that a firm contact is made with the metal contact at the bottom of the hole.
  
• Briefly touch to other end of the wire to the contact marked GND in the picture.
  
• Wait approximately 1.5 seconds and then again touch the wire to the marked GND.
  * If that timing does not work the first time try: TAP (pause 1.25 seconds) TAP
  
• Allow the program to continue.
  Note: If you get the error Still Sober all you need to do is re-run ControlBear after you have verified that you meet all of the pre-requirements.
